Very pale, bright grey-gold colour.
The nose is delicate and restrained, opening with citrus aromas of kaffir lime and clementine, followed by fresh notes of mountain herbs, with subtle hints of vanilla and tonka bean.
On the palate, it’s refined and fresh, with the elegant profile of a high-altitude wine, yet vibrant and surprisingly deep.

Food Pairing
Beautifully harmonious even in its youth, with excellent aging potential. Enjoy with seared scallops and finger lime.
